Helium.Com and Freelance Writing

As a budding freelance writer, I can think of nothing that has served me so well in my early stages of my career than Helium.com. Offering those who wish to write a chance to get published straight away after signing up and having many thousands of titles to write to is fantastic.

Helium is a place where one can write basically what they want and learn their trade. With a booming and helpful community, it is a great place to improve. My articles on Helium.com helped to get me further writing jobs so it is a great stepping stone for bigger and better things. I love the sense of community that there is at Helium. Everyone seems entirely willing to help each other out and support each other.

I have also found that there is a chance to earn some decent money, although writing for Helium.com should not be considered a way to earn a full-time wage. Perfect for those who are just starting out as writers, students or stay-at-home moms and dads, earning from Helium can give your finances a little boost to help pay bills or pay for a holiday.

You can earn money from revenue sharing, the marketplace, selling stock content and winning contests. There is so much going on over there for writers, as well as an active forum, which makes it such a great place to start a writing career.

The contests allow for more potential earning with the top three landing cash prizes. It is entirely possible, with some effort and quality writing to earn a respectable amount per month and as mentioned it is a great place where one can improve their writing skills and gain valuable experience. I love it there and continue to write for it now.

I just thought I would share my love for that place and maybe convince a few budding writers, eager to start their careers, an idea of where they can go to get the best possible start in freelance writing.

Nic’s surprise pre-wedding weekend: I think I know what we should sort out. We should arrange some italy skiing as a surprise.
