This is ‘The Path’, a game by Tale of Tales. If you go to the website then you will see exactly what it is like; the whole thing is very stylised with some haunting music and truly beautiful artwork. If you have been looking for a game to play that is a little bit different, then you have found it. ‘The Path’ is like nothing you will have seen before; ever. It is more of an experience than it is a game.

Even if you are not that big a fan of video games it is still well worth having a look at the website and its accompanying videos because it really is a visual treat. It is not very often that someone manages to come up with something as original as this.

On the site there are wallpapers and screenshots to download and some rather creepy and enigmatic messages to wade through… There is also a free ‘prequel’ to the game that will give you a taste of what it is like to play ‘The Path’.
